It’s been far too long since I’ve been out for some photography and even longer since I’ve had the chance to meet up with other photographers for a little conversation and shooting. Yesterday I had the chance to do both and even managed to get to the DePaul Art Museum for their latest exhibition,  The Sochi Project: An Atlas of War and Tourism in the Caucasus…great show if you haven’t had the chance to see it yet!
While it’s often hard to get good photos when shooting with others, at least for me, since the outing tends to be more about conversation than concentrated photography time, I manged to grab a couple decent shots. We started at Union Station, which inevitably had an event setting up so there wasn’t much to photograph there, we then took a frigid walk over to the Art Institute and wandered around for a bit.
