Friday I took a little road trip up to the Milwaukee Art Museum to see the Postcards from America: Milwaukee exhibition before it closes in a couple weeks. Never hurts to get a little inspiration from some of the world’s top photographers of our time. Though there’s plenty of inspiration just walking into this Calatrava masterpiece. This really is one of my favorite buildings.
I was a bit rushed since my 3 year old was with me, seems I never make it here without one of my kids. One of these days I’ll get up there alone to spend some quality time photographing both inside and outside. Even with the short amount of time I spent making a few images I’m amazed at how many different ways there is to see this place.
If you have shots of the MAM I’d love for you to link them through the comments below! It’s always fun to see other’s perspectives.
And my partner in crime for the day 🙂
