The final stop on my last Toronto visit was the Terrence Donnelly Health Sciences Centre at the University of Toronto Mississauga designed by Kongats Architects. This was a relatively short stop but the mid-day sun and blue of the sky played well off the stainless steel fins on the exterior of the building. I also love the wood panels on the underside of the overhang. The warmth of the wood contrasts well with the coolness of stainless steel, both in regards to texture and color. For once I think I prefer the color images over the black & white but you can decide for yourself here.
