As I mentioned in the previous post, I spent a little time around the 13th arrondissement of Paris scouting some newer, more modern architecture. This building is only a couple blocks away from the previous one I shared. Love, love, love the metal facade and how it changes depending on where I was standing in relation to the building. The skies were still flat and gray but I bet this building is great with a little sunshine. Regardless, I had to make the most of the conditions I had. Using my telephoto, 70-300mm, lens worked well in zeroing in on waviness of facade.
Given those dull skies I mentioned, I figured post-processing in black & white would work best.
The next few, I had a little fun playing with the white balance to change the tone of the metal facade to this soft blue.
Of course there are a few other versions and the color are also in B&W. Head here, if you want to check it out.
