It’s always so nice when friends purchase one of my prints for their home. I especially love when they trust me enough to help them chose the right piece and take my suggestions on how to best frame the work. For this piece, we thought a contemporary float frame in white would create this great mix of modern with the more traditional architecture in the image and furnishings of her home. As of late, it’s definitely my favorite way to frame my work.


 
For a little background on the image. This was made in Barcelona at the mesmerizing Sagrada Familia designed the one and only Antoni Gaudí. His designs are like no other…a fascinating mix of organic forms combined with the Gothic style of architecture to create an otherworldly, intricate world.
