Late last fall I shot some of the wayfinding and signage at Cascade & Cascade park for Forcade Associates. One of the newest luxury apartment additions to the Lakeshore East neighborhood alongside a fantastic park. Here’s a look at Forcade’s, always, innovative graphic designs.
A few weeks ago Forcade had me photograph the signage for one of the newest additions to Chicago’s riverwalk plans along the Southbank. The area, so far at least, begins at Harrison Street and ends at 720 S Wells. The area has just finished its first phase of development with much more to come in […]
We’re all adjusting to the new COVID19 affected world. To help make that a bit easier, wayfinding and graphic design company, Forcade Associates created this signage. They recently asked me to document this at 111 E Wacker & 233 N Michigan.

This new, trendy, boutique hotel, in the equally as hot West Loop neighborhood, was designed by GREC Architects. Such a great space to spend the day and evening! Just outside the entrance […]
A few weeks ago Forcade Associates sent me The Cooper in Chicago’s south loop to photograph the wayfinding in the building’s parking garage as well as the signage in the front of the building and behind the front desk. Onto the parking garages, vibrant colors and gradients of each.
I recently photographed the graphics created by Forcade Associates for the new Aspen Dental space in the West Loop designed by Perkins + Will. Quite the extensive space and the graphics Forcade created are, once again, incredible! The front entrance off of Randolph has this great sculptural piece, which is actually made of dental mirrors. […]
Earlier this year Forcade Associates commissioned me to photograph their festive graphics on the newly renovated Illinois Center. Love these colorful, wintery designs throughout the lobby space.
A couple months ago Forcade Associates had me photograph the signage used for the construction of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange building. Photographing both the area around the elevators on the first floor as well as the signage outside. Love how they used these massive graphics to create something engaging to look at while construction takes place. […]
